Like an early version of the film If you have enjoyed the 3D film that is really marvellous, consider that the book is far simpler and more for children. I let fall my Aikido as I realised it was totally wrong when I made my personal pilgrimage to real Aikido Masters - above all Maruyama Sensei. But I never abandoned K.U., as it is so simple that it cannot be really done wrong. Nonetheless, I was not completely satisfied by Itsuo Tsuda's approach. This book gives a different approach to K.U., far more simple and integrated, so you really can understand what K.U. is without being too mentally involved.
