Lo voto con 4 stelle, anche se si compone di varie raccolte di racconti, a cui darei votazioni diversi (dalle due stelle e mezzo di "Fireworks" alle quattro con lode di "The bloody chamber").

I've loved with all myself the firts 4 books. I've read with a lot of disappointment books 5 and 6. Altough they had some great moments and ideas, they weren't even nearly as good as the others.

I like J.K. Rowling's prose. It's simple and not so original, but she knows how to tell a story, how to describe a scene and how to keep you glued to the chair untile you've finished the book.
Here I found again the wish to read until it was over, rather than the wish to go to J.K.'s house and scream at her "Hey, what in the world are you doing????"
The book is more compact, the plot has a lot more meaning than the last 2. It's not another PoA or GoF, but it stays together, the pieces fit and the plot holes are forgettable.
There are a lot of great ideas and very touching moments. I liked how the characters "played".
I've always thought they're not good because of their psychological developement, but because they embody something, a role, an ideal... And here everyone has his right role in the whole story.
I loved the whole Dumbledore's secrets subplot. I found it full of meaning and original.
I liked the idea of the fairytale.
I quite liked the ending battle.
I didn't like at all the last six pages, I think she could have said the same things in a less banal way.
In the end, I feel satisfied with the ending, and I'm really grateful to J.K. for creating this world that gave me a lot of good sensations and beautiful hours.
