很高興終於收到新書《湄公河水資源管治的民主化》(Democratizing Water Governance in the Mekong Region)。我負責了其中一章的審校及編輯工作，及另外一章的資料補充，當然是關於水電開發的問題。儘管這本書頗為學術，但也反映了問題的複雜性。湄公河流域牽涉到六個國家，數千萬人口，問題眾多且環環相扣，要把問題理清，絕非容易，這也是引人入勝的地方。
