Good book. Well written and Shawn Achor is a respected pioneer in positive psychology. Easy to read and understand, the only problem is that I saw too little empirical evidence, relative to my expectations, and too many things that, albeit true, are within the reach of any reasonable optimist. But common sense is not common action, so it is better to repeat useful suggestions one more time than stay silent.
