If a lesser author wrote this... -
If a lesser author wrote this I might have rated it higher. I expect more from Grisham. The characters were not as fully developed as I would like, the plot was weak -- few twists or surprises.

What does it mean to be intelligent? -

How good it is depends on what you are looking for -

Ehhh -
I found the characters uninteresting, the human elements of the plot unbelievable, and the whole thing a waste of time. Yet it seems to have gotten good reviews.

I was prepared to really like this book, but it just didn't work for me. So despite taking place on a college campus and relating to a psychology theme, I was dissappointed.
