Excellent ending! -
Please make sure you read all three of these books to enjoy the many twists and turns. If you are not the type to be able to hold the thread of complex books in your mind over a long period of time, you may want to read these back-to-back to fully see the over-arching storyline. Fantastic Sequel -
An awesome book where Locke Lamora works like crazy to get himself out of the frying pan only to find himself smack dab in the middle of the fire--wearing an oil-soaked suit.
A page turner as we try to find out how our wily thief and his tough friend Jean will get themselves out of this mess!

This is the first of the Hutchins books by Jack McDevitt that I have read. It was very good, though sometimes I found myself dragging through sections dealing with what were really minor characters, while those I considered the "main characters" were struggling with a life or death situation. I will probably read the rest of this series in time, but as of yet Polaris and Seeker are my favorites.
