雖說看Harry Potter的興頭已經不及十年前大,但是終於看了完結篇,還是有點失落。好書不多,好的故事更少,更難得的是配合了好的公關行銷策略……我也不韙言,興趣有一部份是被「吊」出來的;七本書一下子齊齊整整地放在眼前,必定沒有那種由等待萌生的期待。
不過,真希望自己開始看的時候是十歲而不是二十歲,那樣的話,一定更能投入故事,像網上許多和Harry Potter同齡的讀者。畢竟還是老了一點,不屬於HP Generation。

我沒有認真讀過一部莎劇,遑論傳記。唯一是看了Shakespeare in Love,但聽說是虛構成分居多。一時衝動買了這本,沒想過會一口氣看完。
我不太喜歡看傳記,因為很怕那種真假難分的敘述口吻,某些傳記作者寫來彷如親身經歷,「筆尖常帶感情」,那就很噁心,也很虛偽。這一本完全沒有這個毛病,如作者所說,只是把已知的事實說清楚,也把不知道的問題擺出來。也許沒有一般傳記的「精彩」,甚至打破了不少關於莎翁的美麗想像,但我認為,這才是我心目中真正的傳記。
由此想到中國文學史上的傳奇人物曹雪芹,想到這些年來一眾專家學者憑藉《紅樓夢》裡的蛛絲馬跡,對他的身世、生平所作的推測,又有多少 ... (continue)
