Finalmente l'ho (ri)trovato in una bancarella della mia città a 5.50 Euro, "this stuff" mi basta a sogghignare per il resto della giornata.

Finalmente l'ho (ri)trovato in una bancarella della mia città a 5.50 Euro, "this stuff" mi basta a sogghignare per il resto della giornata.
Mai più imprestare libri! Odio poi dover essere io a sbattermi per farlo tornare a casa, odio poi che mi si dica <<ma quanto rompi per un libro. Te lo ricompro, che sarà mai!!!>> ... non è questo il punto, il punto è il rispetto per le cose altrui. Mai più!!!!
Comunque, approfitto per rileggerlo dopo tanti anni, la prefazione di Daniele Brolli peraltro la ricordavo perfettamente, intensa e pungente.
La rilettura è stata piacevole.

the best book to learn about OOA/D, Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
This book is one of my favorites.
Note for Italian students, developers; There is also an Italian version: "Applicare UML e i pattern, analisi e progettazione orientata agli oggetti" Pearson italy.

Anche in questo caso una serie di racconti, probabilmente però non brillanti come al solito. In realtà lo ricordavo molto più originale questo testo, la rilettura devo confessare che non mi ha entusiasmato. Si legge in una nottata, forse due ... !

The Rootkit Arsenal: Escape and Evasion in the Dark Corners of the System

the IA-32 execution environment, memory management, kernel-mode subtleties, call hooking, detour patching, and so forth. Anyone interested in developing forensic tools or to know more on forensic analysis should give it a read. Great book.
