繪本看起來像是一封信，很可愛，有個小孩倚靠在窗邊像是在等待什麼。
這本書的介紹詞寫著：
等待，就像一封信......
在長長的人生中，捎來好的或壞的消息。

一條紅線串起所有的時光，
從童年、青春到白髮，
循著紅線，我們看見等待背後的種種心情：
有時喜悅、有時甜蜜、有時心碎......
但卻始終有愛！

書裡的每一頁都畫得很簡單，像小朋友一樣，卻生動地描繪出生命中動人時刻的故事。使我想起，我也曾經等待著糖果、等待著聖誕老人、等待著晴天......所有所有的一切，都是在等待中度過，那些美好的，錯過的，遺忘的，不曾擁有過的。於是我知道，就是這些等待，讓我的生命中處處充滿驚喜！

Each page of the book is so simple drawing that looks like children. As it vividly depicts the moment of touching life story. That reminds me that I've also waited for candy, waited for Santa, and also waited for all the sunny days ......
All are spent waiting for those lovely, missed, left behind, or even never owned before.
I know that these waiting make my life full of surprises.

And... I'm waiting for my next trip.
