A very good book on Hatha Yoga. I suggest it because it is organized in 28 days of progressive exercises from easy ones to more difficult ones, in a soft way fit for a medium person. At the end of the 28 days, it is proposed a routine of 3 days with all the major exercises. The book is clear in the explanations of the positions and is rich of images very useful for the understanding.
