In Pascal c'è uno studio del "fenomeno umano" dal quale lo stesso io empirico del filosofo non riesce a fuggire. Egli è il primo ad ammetterlo, in più d'un frammento dell'opera.

Soffro per l'unica stellina che hai concesso ai "Pensieri" di Pascal. E' un'opera di immane grandezza (salva ovviamente la libertà di non apprezzarla).
