這是「星期一的領導課」的英文版原書﹐內容非常充實﹐是準管理人必讀書藉﹐"Your Problem is not unique" said Tony 一語道破為何我們要閱讀這本書。
書的作者自己的職業和身邊朋友提供的意見寫了這本書﹐道出職場上管理人最常遇到的問題﹐和他們必需如何面對的心態和準備。每次閱讀這本書都像為職場上的自己充電一樣﹐重新學習如何敬業樂業﹐我最喜歡的一句是 "The right thing is always right". 看似簡單﹐但人大了發現這絕不簡單﹐The right thing may not be right for your boss, right? ... (continue)

另外目標是應該寫低並一步步實現之﹐也是非常重要的意見﹐畢竟「講過就算」的現像在現代人來說非常普遍﹐嚴重程度已達目標=空談的境界﹐要有耐性和決心去完成一個目標﹐好像很簡單﹐也好像很困難﹐畢竟太久沒有試過有目標了。
Tony 所說的 Legacy Zone 也是很難到逹的﹐至少第一步要先走出 Comfort Zone 已經是非常困難了﹐不過以此為目標也不是幻想。
