果然是本西班牙翻譯小說，整本書都洋溢著西班牙風情，對性有大膽直接的描寫，宛如連續劇般的情節引人入勝，最精華的片段集中在書的後半段。
值得一看，但驚喜度不足。

對性有直接、赤裸裸的描述，但更多的是作者本身對於生活的看法，偶爾會有神來一筆的幽默。
翻譯得不是很好，有些句子讀來冗長，而且過於文言修飾，如果用更直接的字眼也許會更接近本意。
註釋的編排不良，有很多典故或人名無法即時在當頁看到，失去了理解的樂趣，就算放在章末，也應該在側邊特別標注，以方便讀者迅速翻閱。

看得出來某些「勵志」性的自我暗示是刻意加進去的，不純粹是個會感動人的故事，人物的完美性讓故事缺少了真實感。
