this was an alright book. very well written. but i found the creatures in it to be to unbelievable. i wish they had been either scarier, or something I could at least grasp........ but I still enjoyed the fast paced read of James Rollins.

I just read this book for the second time, wondering if I would love it AS much! And I was caught and held spellbound just as I was the first time. If anything, I enjoyed it more! I thought this was a good book, in that I liked the story itself. I could relate also. In that time period, when they jsut didn't understand, they didn't feel they had any choices. It was well written, but I found it slow, not very descriptive....

Chill of Fear
this was a good book. very fast paced and very scary. I still have goose bumps and I don't even believe in ghosts and psychics...... anyway, I recommend it. it's one of a series of books by kay Hooper about a team of psychics who use their 'gifts' to catch killers.....
