I felt it was written in a very delicate way. Reading it just made you believe you were actually living in that building and you could see the protagonist and her gestures and behaviours among with her neighbours.

I felt it was written in a very delicate way. Reading it just made you believe you were actually living in that building and you could see the protagonist and her gestures and behaviours among with her neighbours.
Maybe in some points it was too pretentious with too many philosophical quotations but at the end I lived in a corner of Paris for few days, that only was worth the reading.
