Labeling everything in the house with stickers is fun. The pastel-like colour style is reminiscent of primary school workbooks. If the DVD had more flash games than it now has then it would be better.

A New Arabic Grammar of the Written Language
Good old-fashioned grammar plus translation exercises. (The book was published in 1962.) Good for vocabulary building and understanding precisely the little used rules that make ordinary reading puzzling nevertheless.
