Sono arrivato alla fine, per l'ennesima volta; e per l'ennesima volta non mi sono pentito!
La scelta e' caduta sulla lingua originale, perche' alla fine lo sai come va a finire, non ti dovrebbe meravigliare leggere degli avvenimenti, ma leggere "come e' scritto" ogni singolo avvenimento.

La scelta e' caduta sulla lingua originale, perche' alla fine lo sai come va a finire, non ti dovrebbe meravigliare leggere degli avvenimenti, ma leggere "come e' scritto" ogni singolo avvenimento.
E' stato cosi', almeno in parte. Ammetto di aver apprezzato le differenze stilistiche nella parlata dei vari personaggi, la ricchezza del mondo che Tolkien ha costruito, la cura quasi maniacale nel ricreare una ambientazione credibile, cosi' diversa eppure cosi' riconoscibile.
Ma non e' stato sempre cosi'. La mia conoscenza dell'inglese non e' poi cosi' approfondita, quante cose mi sono passate sottomano senza fermarsi nella mia mente, e quanti episodi che credevo di conoscere bene si sono rivelati sorprendenti.
Effetto delle liberta' narrative che ci sono nei film, effetto del tempo che passa, o forse un poco tutto.
In ogni caso e' stata ancora una splendida esperienza. E non posso che consigliarla.
