Although, I'm not completely agree with the idea that David illustrated in this book, it is quite inspiring. The following are some points that really need to think more in depth.

Past, present or future are analoy to DVD. All are happening at the same time in different parts of the same disk and what happens in one scene can affect all the rest. Thus the past can change the future and the future can change the past.
Human can only see less than 5% of the EM spectrum, the remaining wavelenght are just dark energy/matter.

"Reality" is just a collective waveform interprete by us and decode these frequencies into an illusory 3D holographic reality.

Reality is like a Matrix, it is just an illusory holographic world.

DNA/RNA decodes waveform all around us into a realidy (Holograms)

Stop thinking at all. Just do it.
