  • I hadn't read anything by Margaret Atwood in awhile - I enjoyed it. I like books that take a few chapters to figure out exactly what is going on.

But - the first chapter was so awful (unrealistic reactions of character, uninspired descriptions, unbelievable conversations), that I just put it down. There are better books to spend my time reading.
