  • My all-time most used and most transported book!

    I love this book. It is stained and ripped and abused. It has come along on countless road trips, flights, and camping trips.

    I especially like the section recommending games for a given number of people listed by style of game (hilarious, social, studious). I have learned many new games this way, and have remembered good ones for a given size group on other occasions.

    Charlie Papazian has a great philosophy (Relax! Have a home brew!) and a fun writing style. This trusty book gives you all the basics for brewing most styles of beer, and has step-by-step photos that are vintage early 80s.
