I personally have a special affinity for Catherine of Aragon and her plight. I disagree with the author's take on the story in some parts, especially the idea that she lied to keep her throne. Overall, I thought the story and subject was handled wonderfully. Very enjoyable book.

Dragons as an air force in the Napoleon Wars is a big pill to swallow right off the bat. Once (if) you suspend your disbelief, however, the story is actually quite enjoyable.
