  • Interesting book

While there is nothing spectacular about this book, its not bad either. Technically this is a sound book and it has a different story too.

All in all a good book, but i wont read it again.

    Avrage by today's standards

This is a very ordinary book by today's standards...
But it must have been quite revolutionary back when it was written, this book was the seeding point of the entire 'i am a rebel' generation.

It is the most banned book in the U.S. and the most recommended book too (after the bible) :D

    * The book is divided into 2 parts, the 1st part describes the daily activities of scout and her brother "Jim". The 2nd chapter deals with a rape case (a black man is accused of raping a white girl.)

    * Scout's father is a lawyer who defends the black 'Nigger'. He proves that a man dosnt need to hold a gun to be called brave.

The thing that struck me the most about this book is, how well the author understood children and there world.

  • A thoroughly readable book.

I cant really call this a technical book, i mean it has foxes. Yes this book has foxes in it.
A book so radical that its radicalness can only be compared to the name of its author.

Heck i would recommend people to read it just for the sake of reading it. :-)

Stephen Hawking By Gribbin John, Michael White
  • A nice Biography

Although most of the biography written when the actual person concerned is living, tend to be crappy this one is actually nice, a good read if you want to know what Hawking is all about and how he got there.

    Highly over-rated.

This is a highly over-rated book...
The ideas are of a arm-chair astronomer, who considers himself more of a mathematician then a physicist.
