Very good. I read most of it in one night, but then was busy for a week!
I thought that it seemed a little young, but, it IS a children's book. I loved the 'power of imagination' being the primary force at work. And the reflexivity. I love reflexivity.

My favourite book of all time. Always looking for copies, if you have one you don't want, or see one on a second hand book stall table.

Gave me nightmares. Very powerful. Loved it, but can't bring myself to read the sequels.

Quite a number of errors in the book, including glaring inaccuracies in the location of characters at certain points in the story. Could have been edited better.
