It's been my bedside story for more than a week. Very short but well-written story. It's about a very small man's fantasy to send the stories he wrote with balloon and let the stories find where they belong. These stories represent the suffering of the protagonist Bambert, and the things he longs for but couldn't get them due to his body deformity. So writing has secretly become a sort of emotional outlet for him. The book is romantic in its own special way. Got sad/touching ending, somehow gave you the feeling that it's the best way the story should end.

An enjoyable reading experience, though when it comes to the description of panorama or scenery I do skip a bit. The ending is not totally unexpected but still a sweet and warm surprise. I feel sorry for the star that has to remain in the Faerie for the rest of her life. It's a happy but sad ending.
