The volume contains an unpublished screenplay of the portion set in Turin. The adventures of Tulse Luper are illustrated by Greenaway and feature paintings, photographs, ancient maps of the city, images from his films, and drawings made specifically by the film director, like his 92 Drawings of the Mole.
