This is the book that made Howard Gardner famous (also thanks to the US presidential election at the time this book was first published). It is a good reading.
This book does not contain tips and tricks how to change someone's mind, but rather discusses the concepts of when and what happens ... (continue)

Yet another interesting book from Howard Gardner, the writer of Changing minds book. In this book he discusses several great creators, such as Gandhi and Picasso, from the beginning of the last century. I was so inspired of Martha Graham that I looked video clips of her performances in the Internet!

The McKinsey Way
Easy reading, however nothing exceptional. It's interesting to read how other companies function; what is valued, where is the focus etc.
It would have been nice to read more real life stories. I guess they were limited due to confidentiality issues.
