We love J. Donaldson and A. Scheffler's books, simple love them. We discovered A Squash and a Squeeze last year at a wonderful bookshop for children in Sheffield and we felt we had to buy it. A part from the usual funny rhymes and the illustrations that make their books so famous, we loved the fact that this one was made of cardboard. It's great for young children (I'm talking about under one year olds here) as the book's small enough they can hold it by themselves and turn the pages without getting nasty papercuts. Our son likes it so much this is the one book he always wants in his crib and sometimes after putting him to bed or early in the morning before he calls us we can hear him "reading" it....Continua
