This book is kind of an assignment from my boss. Yet I enjoyed this very much.
The author used very lively and applicable example to illustrate how we are stuck in our communication. The more importantly is that it talks about how we could solve the problem, also in a practical way. It is not easy to remember everything which are taught in this book. This book shows you a step-by-step tool to prepare, state and follow through your crucial conversation. I particularly like the five-steps STATE process to state your story and CRIB process to reach the mutual goals with your counter party.
