Non credo mi abbia preso come mi sarei aspettata facesse, credo anzi di aver odiato talmente tanto questo bambino, di un odio puro e genuino, che brucerò all'inferno.
I had a high expectation of this book. I think someone has told me it is a great novel.
I was shocked when I got started on this book. It does not meet my expectation as a novel. The different sections seem to be detached. The photos and illustrations did not seem to be part of the story.
However, as I went on reading, the detached parts start to go together and make more sense. Even though I was still confused, I wanted to know the truth about the key about what happened. And not realizing, I finished this book.
I think this book is interesting and successfully put it into a way a 9-year-old see the world and the tragedy happened in his family. Yet it made me sad during the tragic moments.
...ContinuaCi sono cose che si perdono e poi con calma si ritrovano. Ma altre che si tengono strette nel pugno di una mano ma ormai sono perse davvero, qualcosa forse rimane sì, ma il pugno sembra terribilmente vuoto. Bello comunque, però a tratti "troppo".
