*like everything else in my life, it has become so much nothing.
*I wouldn't hurt them physically or emotionally, how then can people so consistently do it to me?
*I surely don't measure up to what I'd like to be.
*I ate six wonderful delicious, mouth-watering, delectable, heavenly french fries. That was really living in itself!
*It’s just too bad we can’t communicate anymore. I remember being able to talk to her when I was little but it’s as though we
speak a different language now and the meanings just don’t come across the right way. She means something and I take it another way or she says something and I think she’s trying to correct me
or “uplift” me or preach at me and I really suspect she isn’t doing that at all, just groping and being as lost with words as am I.
*I must forgive and forget but I just can't. I simply can't! When I'm having the very nicest thoughts, the black ugly past comes flooding in like a nightmare.
*I used to think I was the only one who felt things, but I really am only one infinitely small part of an aching humanity. It’s a good thing most people bleed on the inside or this would really be a gory, blood-smeared earth.
*I’m tired of being left out and pretending it doesn’t hurt.
*The Doctor says that’s normal because it really takes a lot to knock your brains loose permanently. I hope that’s right because I feel like I’ve taken a lot already.
I believe that this book is so good and is a classic is because it is so real. Because it is a real girl's diary, it made it better than anything a 30 year old fe/male could write with all their years of expierence and imagiation.
You never know what it is like until you are in the person's, who has expierenced it, mind.
It´s a story about the life of a teenager who are in drugs, it´s a good lecture to make us aware about the danger of the drugs
a fantastic true story about the tragedy and adventure of a young girls life as she fights her drug addiction, with a twist that you will cry over.
I loved this book very much, my school banned it for being "inappropriate" and yes do not read if you are a extremely conservative person. However, this book is real entry's from a girl struggling with drugs and life, a very real and touching story....Continua
