This book is a must for ethnographic research. It illuminates on how metaphors are powerful tools that shape our reasoning and how language is central in allowing a certain conceptualisation of the world. One of the best books I've ever read.
As the title of the book reveals, it is all about metaphors. This book gives me a better understanding of the languages/phrases (especially those metaphors) we daily use. That said, the first chapters are thought provoking. It becomes a bit tedious in going forwards. That's the reason I give it up after reading 60+ pages.
