Called "The Black Pope" by many of his followers, Anton La Vey began the road to High Priesthood of the (lurch of Satan when he was only 16 years old and an organ player in a carnival:
"On Saturday night I would see men lusting after halfnaked girls dancing at the carnival, and on Sunday morning when I was playing the organ for tent-show evangelists at the other end of the carnival lot, I would see these same men sitting in the pews with their wives and children, asking God to forgive them and purge them of carnal desires. And the next Saturday night they'd be back at The carnival or some other place of indulgence.
"I knew then that the Christian Church thrives on hypocrisy, and that man's carnal nature will out!"
From that time early in his life his path was clear. Finally, on the last night of April, 1966 -- Walpurgisnacht, the most important festival of the believers in witchcraft -- LaVey shaved his head in the tradition of Ancient executioners and announced the formation of The Church Of Satan. He had seen the need for a church that would recapture man's body and his carnal desires as objects of celebration. "Since worship of fleshly things produces pleasure," he said, "there would then be a temple of glorious indulgence . . ."
...ContinuaIl trash del trash. Come del resto era trash, squallido e fin troppo ridicolo anche il modo in cui si conciava l'autore del testo mentre era ancora in vita.
Una pseudo-filosofia spicciola, che alimenta ed incrementa l'infantilismo collettivo, con "insegnamenti" da bimbiminchia che possono tranquillamente riassumersi nella seguente espressione: "fai tutto il contrario di ciò che dice il cattolicesimo perché solo così sarai figo, veramente ribbbbelle e darkettone".
Non ho mai letto nulla di così patetico. L'autore si crede talmente "'sto cazzo" che critica persino Buddha affermando a chiare lettere che non aveva capito niente, al contrario suo che invece aveva capito tutto... E la cosa triste è che è fin troppo palese, dalle critiche superficiali e le scorrette informazioni che ha a riguardo, il fatto che questo idiota di religioni orientali non aveva, in realtà, mai letto nulla.
La seconda parte del testo, poi, è una roba assurda: ne spara di tutti i colori: legge di attrazione, possibilità di "inviare i propri pensieri ad una persona prescelta mentre dorme" tramite rituale...praticamente sostituisce l'enorme sfilza di superstizioni dei cattolici con altre illimitate e più infantili superstizioni.
Questi "satanisti" pare proprio che, a conti fatti, smettano di essere pecore bianche per diventare pecore nere...ma rimangono pur sempre pecore.
Either the over reaction from media or misleading from Anton Levey, it's not as hardcore as I thought. Maybe I put too much faith in Marilyn Manson. Wait, Martlyn Manson is not only a media genius also an attention whore. I should know better.
