Intended for entertainment, as a lot of it is too sketchy to be helpful. Nevertheless it's quite interesting.
This is a really fun book about how to get yourself through all sorts of crazy situations in life (although they are usually only faced by characters in action movies). Although the book is supposed to be for fun, the information comes directly from experts and would be invaluable if you ever found yourself in that situation!
Typical examples are "How to jump from a motorcycle to a car" and "How to escape from killer bees".
