I read this book after finishing Phantoms and I must say it was such a let down. I wasn't expecting a great book but at least I thought it would be fun to read. While Phantoms had good chilling moments, this one was just plain boring.

Oh, so bad!

I wish I had those hours back. Skip this and read Fear Nothing or the Odd Thomas books.

The Watchers

Like many of Koontz's books it's about a man, a woman, and a golden retriever who outsmart the bad guys and then live happily ever after. Formulaic but still fun nonetheless.
