My relationship with Bradbury is complicated. I abandoned his "Dandelion Wine"... And so I took up this novel, and for a long time, I read it every day. But the impressions are still fresh. I'm not a fan of science fiction: robots, space cars, shooting games... all this galematiya does not come to me. But often I am convinced that the caustic snob in some genres, and they still need to be given a chance. Therefore, I will work on myself. Regarding the book: I wasn't particularly impressed, but I really liked it. The story is really unusual, it is clear why this book is so popular. The topics that she touches on will be relevant for a very long time. And perhaps these events are in some sense prophetic. Probably in reality our main weapon against books will not be fire, but simple indifference, who knows... In general, the book is very good and worth reading. But I did not tremble with delight after reading, so the opinion that this novel is overrated takes place. I recommend reading it, this book is worth it.
