We claim back mis-sold financial products on a high volume (i.e. thousands of clients) basis. We also claim back overpaid tax, and act as a claims manager for high volume basic legal claims (e.g. employment law, immigration etc). The industry isn't particularly enlightening (nor is it always ethical), but I have a lot of power (manage over 80 people - started managing 3!) and I've learnt a LOT about management, marketing, recruiting and other various things you don't learn in business school while I've been here. So yeah, I enjoy it, my company is single handedly dealing with the youth-unemployment crisis ;-)
