I am Lorna Job estimator, also known as cost planners, who are responsible for estimating the costs of a planned construction project in terms of the labor, equipment and materials required. I typically work for lord exch com contractors (that build the project) and are involved in the pre-construction phase of the project at the tendering stage (in which a construction company bids for the work, starting at what price and to what timescale it could complete it). I have Projects,  new builds or ongoing maintenance or refurbishment work  accounting, with in-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation systems. In addition to being an excellent communicator, candidates also detail orientated with outstanding organizational skills.
