知道了不一定會用,但不知道肯定不會用
此書還滿厚的。 雖然用詞淺白(外國人嘛),但我個人歸納能力不好的關係,總覺得作者是把上課的講義拿出來編輯成冊,很多都是案例很雷同,且不斷重複。這也是導致我看不下去的原因之一。 另外一個原因是,很多技巧也許並不適用在現實社會?很多成功的案例也許還要看天時地利人合,談判成功不一定全都在技巧,況且技巧也是需要練習的。 西方的價值觀跟東方不同,作者談判的對象(的水準)也跟我們常碰到的對象不同,所以看完不一定會,照書中的方法練習,成功率也頂多高了一點點。作者誇大其辭成功率,這點的確打屁股。 ...Continua
