I think that the pivotal impetus in this work is to change hermeneutics from something about interpretation of a text or an object to interpretation itself as inseparable from the being of the interpretor. The understanding is the being of the interpretor.
Gadamer got this from Heiderger's idea of dasein.
My question is that if undesrtanding is about the being, what if we understand being in terms of its moral aspect, i.e. being as moral being, can we say a moral being is about his understanding of the world through the lens of moral ideas....Continua
