Professional basketball team Goyang Sono sent away Kim Se-chang and recruited Cho Eun-hoo.
KBL announced on the 1st, “Sono and Anyang Cheong Kwan-jang traded Kim Se-chang and Cho Eun-hoo.”
This trade was completed in response to Sono's request to strengthen backup resources to lessen Lee Jung-hyun's physical burden.
Guard Cho Eun-hoo reunites with his first professional stage teacher, coach Kim Seung-gi Sono.
Cho Eun-hoo, who showed an outstanding performance by ranking first in assists in the college league during his time at Sungkyunkwan University, was selected as the 10th overall player in the 2021 KBL rookie player draft and was called by coach Kim Seung-gi, who was at the helm of Anyang KGC Ginseng Corporation, the predecessor of Jeong Kwan-jang.
Eunhoo Cho debuted on the professional stage at CheongKwanJang in the 2021-2022 season, appearing in 9 games and averaging 2.5 points and 1.4 assists.
However, he only appeared in two games last season, and has not been on the court this season since appearing in the first round match against Ulsan Hyundai Mobis.
Sono coach Kim Seung-gi expressed his expectations through the club, saying, "Cho Eun-hoo is a player with excellent passing work based on his reading and wide vision. He is also strong in defense, so he will be a great addition to the guard lineup."
He then expressed his intention to use Cho Eun-hoo, saying, "Although he has a weakness in outside shooting, he can be covered in other areas and shooting can be sufficiently improved through training."
Guard Kim Se-chang joined Ulsan Hyundai Mobis in 2019 and entered the professional stage, and from the 2020-2021 season, he continued his career as a player at Sono's predecessor, Goyang Orion.
He appeared in 48 professional games and averaged 1.7 points and 0.8 assists. 슬롯
