Areas that want to develop value have seen very few new sales, so those that want to develop value are inaccurate because they see other recent sales. CIM will renovate Lady Luck and the post office building, which will turn into a mob museum. The entire project represents over $500 million in investment, 2,500 new jobs, and taxes between $34 million and $49 million. The proposal is priced by whether the game will be included and the fact that banks are well known for CIM working on projects.
