This follows investor presentation data released on Wednesday at the time of the group's second-quarter earnings release.
Earlier, the company said it expects to open the refurbishment room of Tower 3 to the public by the end of January next year.
"544 redesigned rooms, including 385 new suites, will be in service through the second quarter of 2025," Las Vegas Sands said in a presentation on Wednesday.
The company is investing an additional $750 million to renovate Tower 3 in Marina Bay Sands, the hotel lobby of the property, and the rooftop Sands Sky Park. This is a $1 billion grant allocated to renovate Tower 1 and Tower 2 of the complex.
Once all the renovations are complete, Marina Bay Sands' three hotel towers will offer 1,850 refurbished rooms, of which 775 will be suites. Before the renovation, there were approximately 2,560 rooms and suites.
The Singapore room renovation is separate from a pledge to invest at least S$4.5 billion ($3.3 billion) in Singapore's government authorities.
The start of construction for the expansion of the complex has been postponed to July 2025 with a "completion target by July 2029.
In January this year, the company received approval from the city government to develop a fourth tower with 153,100 square meters (1.65 million square feet) of hotel space in 587 rooms.
