In fact, I did not find the novel a great read, as in a number of reviews. I found many of the ideas are vague for me. Especially with regard to the element of science fiction (cloning for organ donation). From whom those children are cloned? and why they bother to teach them if they want their organs?. Also, the book illustrates sex like walk in the park activity instead of being physical and emotional process. Add to it would make more sense if Hilsham people killed the donars after they took what they want instead of leaving them to the carers (Well the whole process is inhumane).Finally the way, Kathy & Tommy recieved the truth was dull, they accepted the truth plain and simple with no fight or argument. So, I didn't likethe novel, but of course I like the writing style of the author from previous book called (Remain of the day).

A mí me gustó mucho, de hecho, me parecen muy útiles esa serie de libros, en pocas páginas te acercan al tema, como una introducción... sin acerse nada pesado. Espero que te guste :)
