無聲無息地下起了雨...

告別工作壓力後,飲食不變,照樣三天兩頭吃油炸食物,沒有做任何運動,體重卻持續以每個月3.5公斤的速度往下降,5個月內已掉了18公斤了!(發覺褲子比以前寬鬆才去量體重)
這個事實告訴我吃什麼並不影響體重升降,重點在於情緒和壓力是什麼狀態。
什麼熱量’卡洛里控制都去吃屎吧!
人只要心情好,日子過的輕鬆沒有壓力像在渡假,身體自然會回復健康狀態~
